b) Reseller License
If so deemed by The Copywriting Whiz, you may be granted a Reseller License that entitles you to redistribute or resell The Copywriting Whiz’s products after receiving the license. However you must maintain the product as it is and sell at a price equal to or higher than the price listed at The Copywriting Whiz’s website to ensure healthy competition.

4. Imagery, Logos and Fonts
All links, images, logos and fonts used on The Copywriting Whiz’s website are an integral part of our business. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Modifications
You are not authorized to make modification(s) to our products, labels, links, logos, images, fonts or any other aspect of our website.

If you have not received the Reseller License, you shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a website or any other medium. If you have a Reseller License, you can only resell or redistribute the products as per the terms and conditions mentioned above, in the “License” section of this agreement.

8. Refund policy
Since The Copywriting Whiz is offering only intangible copywriting and webmaster services, we do not issue refunds. We only make exceptions with this rule when a service appears to be not as described on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.The deadline for any refund claim is 30 (thirty) days after the purchase date. The refund is issued to you via the same means by which you purchased the service(s). This is a required condition, no exceptions.

9. Ownership
You do not have the right to claim intellectual property rights or exclusive ownership to any part of our website and/or services and/or their presentation or packaging. All website content, services and products are property of The Copywriting Whiz. 10. Anti-fraud check
Customer purchases can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

11. Third party services
The Copywriting Whiz may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. The Copywriting Whiz does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that The Copywriting Whiz will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services.These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies.
