My policy regarding “returns,” or refunds for services delivered, is that I guarantee your satisfaction with the quality and excellence of my work and that is all. I can’t retrieve the time and effort I put in to your project once I’m done, so therefore I believe it is only fair that you cannot be refunded the fees that you paid for my spent time and efforts
Refunding your fees because you are not satisfied with my work is the professional equivalent of “unringing the bell.” Something we both know is not possible.I have many clients who will attest to the fact that I produce remarkable quality in excellence and service, and will state unequivocally that they always have gotten what they paid for.
